Dress Codes

"Should there be a dress code in places such as school, restaurants, and places of business? Why or why not?"

I think there should be a dress code in place in most places you go to.  At school, I like wearing a uniform, it gives the class a sense of unity, and we still get a lot of room to flex our styles inside of that.  My uniform is good looking too, so it's not like downgrading clothing just to go to school.

In businesses in SL, it's hard to do a dress code aside from not showing any naughty bits, but IRL, there really should be. People shouldn't be going to the store with their butts hanging out of their shorts, like on People of Walmart.  I don't even like it when people go to the store in their PJs because PJs are something you wear in your house and in bed, not outside.  There's a difference between having your own style and just looking trashy, and while having the fashion police running around would be bad, people need to have some sense when they walk out the door.

If I could design a type of ice cream...

My ice cream would be the best kind in the world.  I would call it MochiCream.  It would be based off of shaved ice with mochi and fruit, like the kind in the picture.  The base would be a sweet cream ice cream, like the type you get at Coldstone.  I'd blend in chunks of mochi, along with azuki beans, sprinkles, strawberries and mango.

My favorite sim

My favorite sim in SL no longer exists.  It was Madison Bluffs, where my family used to live.  We moved there after Little Wonders West closed and I fell in love with it as soon as I landed.  It was beautiful, a tiny community with weathered pastel houses and long grass surrounded by gently rolling hills.  There was an orphanage on a farm, a firehouse, a doctors office, a drive in movie theater and my favorite place, a campground.

Sadly, it wasn't too popular and it had to close down.  We moved to a new sim and kept the same house and recreated our own little slice of the sim in the new place.  I still miss that awesome little community.
